What kind of insurance do I need if I want to take on boarders? Also, what kind of insurance do I need if I allow boarders to also ride my horses?

Our one boarder wants to work with a trainer using my horse as she is rapidly outgrowing her pony. The daughter is 14 years old and a very fine rider.

I want to make sure everyone is protected and no problems occur if someone gets hurt on my property.

TAT…I left my job and my COBRA payment was $1,200 a month for me and my family. When you are unemployed, that is a LOT of money and not “reasonable” as you describe it. Many don’t have enough money for rent and food, much less that kind of money.

Which would you chose; to go in debt to pay for insurance in case something happens so you do not lose your home? Or not pay for insurance and hope to god nothing happens bad enough to make you lose your home anyway by not having insurance?

I don’t have insurance (right now). My fiance is going to be financing the car w/me, and he does have insurance on his other car. Does that help?

How rude you are, I didn’t even know they would do that until I read this plan. I need something to help me when I go to the Vet because I went today and couldn’t pay it all and figured insurance would help. Rude.
